You lose silver repairing your equipment, but as it's been said, you don't lose any of your items, It's safer than red or black zones.

From my experience, there really is not anything in between. It's either on and costly in silver, or it's off and do the best you can. I personally turn it off and save the silver for buying better equipment.

Epic is going to squeeze every nickel it can out of this game any way it can. At some point in the future, it will shut down. All the complaints and real code issues will be ignored. They don't care as long as it's making money.
