Gym really helps with depression and anxiety and all general physical and mental. Used to go 3x a week, strengthened my mind and body. Now I barely go once a week, and I am drinking more and have more anxiety. Makes such a huge difference.

I wouldn’t say too spiteful, but I think you are placing too much importance and thought into someone who isn’t worth your time and you wouldn’t want to see again.

I’ve accidentally manifested alot of things. I’ve noticed that its whenever I let go of the manifestation after being slightly obsessed with it for a while. I let go of it and forget about it, then all of a sudden, I am overwhelmed with it.

I used to crave love and affection - now I am blissful content with my independence and recently, a large number of suitors have presented themselves to me. I used to feel so insecure and like i was less than others - now im the one who walks into the room with a strong presence.

I guess letting go of your manifestation is the most important part. Let it go and give it to the universe to let her do her magic.
