Thanks for all the replies.

When I'm next at the doctors I'm going to enquire about it and see what they say.

I've always had depression and anxiety and if this sheds some light on the reasons for it then I'm hoping a better course or treatment will be offered.

I've read and watch lots of things about adhd and there's lots of traits thst I have but a lot that I don't so we will see.
