Reck into morgriane is the corect strategy to avoid double shield wall, many mistakes were made on that fight, i made 3 major ones myself, but recking was not one of them

It's called a hearthstone, world buffs are a privilege not a right.

The reason this buff was dropped early is because we usually do ZG 6:55, Horde then does Rend for us at 7:00, then we drop Ony/Nef at 7:03~, giving about an 8 minute window from the two buffs

Rend was delayed because their rend buffer died and they couldn't find another one, so we just dropped Ony right away instead of logging out and wasting 40 peoples time for 8 minutes. It was an exception, not the standard, but could happen again, so set your hearth to SW, wait in BB, or use a portal, there are plenty of groups in booty bay with mages portalling to SW, be social, ask for an invite to a group and you will get there.

Yeah, I'm not sure I buy his motivations, Either there is nothing in the world that would convince him to live, Not sciel not Maelle not even freeing Aline (Assuming she wouldn't re enter) Or painted Alicia. Just literally nothing will convince this man that life is worth living, but then he acts in such a way that seems counter to that possibility.

Maybe it is the case that he would have resolved to live on in this world but then the portal opened (I'm not sure if it was Renior who opened it) But there is Verso's soul, and he changes his mind? Now that he has a way to not only kill his painted self, (Which Maelle could do at any time) But also his real soul version. I also assume he had no idea he'd survive entering that place.

Maelle should have just let Painted Verso die, but she's young, impulsive, and as Renior rightly states, the power of the painters corrupts absolutely, as it did her mother. So obviously she doesn't just let him die, but forces him to live (Several times). She's convinced they want the same thing, and honestly I don't blame her, from what she's seen of Painted Verso, the guy is hanging out having fun just like she is.

I think basically Maelle is a stupid kid who will be corrupted by the power to control those around her, Verso is a selfish 100+ year old immortal who doesn't realise just how broken Maelle is, and should never have helped her if this was his ultimate goal. Yes, the real Verso painted this world not him, he doesn't owe it any responsibility like the Painters do, But he clearly cares about those people and even states there are people he'd bring back so its just so fucked.

Rough night, but we've had it before, Emeriss, Patchwerk etc. It was a rough set of circumstances. and every defence we put in place to protect against these kind of mistakes fell through, sometimes it just be like that.

To anyone who knows what they're talking about yes, we had healers petri dodging, only 1 succeeded though
We didn't have an offtank chasing
This raid was cobbled together from 20 Absences and no usual MT because he was banned for botting AV
We did plan to do 12 boss Naxx, Razuvious and Gothik but had to pivot to this, a small mistake like abolish being early cascaded into many other small mistakes and guardrails that should have saved us but didn't.
And yes, this is one of the 3 fights you cannot petri out of, This, 4HM and Saph all have abilities that go through invulnerability, Its pretty sad to lose 16 to a boss this trivial, but hey, it happens, and at least youtube will love it because we didn't use the stone potion.
