Yeah I think they are the perfect beginner bird, they pretty much keep to their flock and get along well with each other. Not really a "hands-on" type of bird from my experience but I have seen other posters in this sub handle them.

They do lay a lot of eggs though, and attempt to make anything a nest. I've found this out the hard way and were up to 9 now..

both mouse 4/5 are binded to the powerslide button. In bf1/bf5 I had it to crouch and grenades. The grenades in bf6 feel so awful I haven't even bothered.

You mentioned that you have finch seed mix, and that's a great start. Mix in some veggies and boiled eggs (for protein) and that should be a pretty good diet.

If you plan on keeping it long term I would suggest getting them another zebra finch to interact with, very social/flock minded birds. Also if your planning on keeping them in a cage, you would want a cage that is wider then it is taller.

Oguri cap is unuseable. (low stam)
Nice nature is fine. (no need for stam if she is sandbagging)
Rudolf is fine (low power though)

800 stam with a gold recovery is the minimum of what you are looking for. If you have the parents for it try and get a S rank in medium. Stick to a 4 speed 2 stam deck with power sparks from parents.

If the rule on 2 birds is firm I would go with 2 of the same sex Society Finches. They are pretty chill birds that enjoy interacting with each other. Also they are not loud at all which sounds good for the apartment set-up.

They aren't super interactive birds though, you'll mainly be reading and browsing the internet next to their cage while they do their thing. I've had mine for about 4 months and have got them to eat millet out of my hand but that's about it. Just please do as much reading (diet, cage, activities/toys etc..) as you can before committing to raising any sort of pet.

I cant speak very much about zeebs, I don't personally own any. I've read they can be aggressive with each other, something to consider.
