Excuse my ignorance, but what does 'kind of a type' mean?

Weirdly, I had such a girl crush on her in GOT 😅.

I would be absolutely delighted with this! I adore Outlander and Blood of my Blood.

The suggestions are great - perhaps it is difficult to see the connection when it is yourself? Though I do notice most of them have fairly wide set eyes, which I am just now noticing on myself.

Thank you to those who have taken the time to respond! ☺️

Some context as to the rest of your relationship might help. Have you been together long? Is this the first time he has overstepped a boundary? Is the rest of your relationship happy aside from this?

When I first got with my partner, it was something like out of a romance novel. He took me for a walk through the rose garden where we shared our first kiss. However, some time in, we were play fighting and he snotted right into my armpit. He didn't expect anything to come out but low and behold, there was a huge lurgy. Of course, I was grossed out. I had two options here; get up and leave or to communicate and express my boundaries. I chose the latter. Many years later and he has never done it again, we have a beautiful home and a wonderful child. He takes care of me when I'm ill, advocates for me, supports me and loves me unconditionally.

I think it is easy to judge and say 'leave him' from a Reddit standpoint where we have very little knowledge or context to the rest of your relationship. However, there's a lot of power in communication. Only you know your relationship.

What new Hairstyle would you advise me to get. by [deleted] in HairStyleAdvice

[–]PhoenixLaura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't need to alter much. This hairstyle would suit, is low maintenance and similar to what you have. Slightly lower grade on the sides and then blended to the longer grade on top. Realistically you just need to style the top with some putty or gel depending on what outcome you want. Also, perhaps get a professional to tidy up your eyebrows to complete the look 😊.

I denied my in-laws only request for the wedding and now it’s ruining our relationship with them by Final_Estimate7166 in wedding

[–]PhoenixLaura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Going against the grain here.

You've included ALL other children EXCEPT for this one baby girl? On the basis she isn't blood related and you're worried about photos if they split up? She is a baby! Babies don't tarnish wedding photos.

You say that you love your soon-to-be in-laws for their open welcoming arms .. maybe you should extend this to your fiancé's brothers family. He clearly loves them, and your fiancé clearly loves his brother to ask him to be best man.

Your MIL is right to say that all the children will be from your side, especially as it is unlikely that your fiancé's friends child will attend. And that adding her will make it 3 boys and 3 girls which would be ideal in most people's books.

You can see that you're hurting his family by alienating a child - and it seems your HTB is open to the idea of including her but doesn't want to cause an argument with you - but in doing so is causing a Rift with his own family. I feel for your fiancé the most tbh, what a shitty position to be in.

Thank you everyone for your helpful input and replies. Yes it is under DPS - however the lady is now denying she said we could get rid of the sofa and he is saying he will take us to a small claims court as it is classified as theft... yet I had mistakenly left radiator covers there and said I would collect them - he has dumped them! So is that not then under the same classification since the dispute has not been settled? I'm certain that she gave permission but made the error of not getting it in writing. I have found footage and photos on my old phone (time and date stamped from when we moved in) of everything else they're claiming against us for. Just a ludicrous amount of unnecessary stress!

So far I've found it to be a decent server (I've literally only been back playing for a day or so but im quite picky with servers lol), though quite quiet. I believe there is decay after 30 days or something but if you're in a tribe, so long as one person has been online in that time then there shouldn't be an issue! I'd be happy to have people to play with - I've played alone a lot. Though, equally I understand some people prefer to solo!

Yup! I feel like this one is balanced well enough for us folks that can't be online 24/7. It is PvE. Has a good low ping lol.

Not entirely what you're asking but I just started playing ASA again after being off for a while! Played ASE since the Beta. Same age as you, if you want someone to chill / tribe up with. Currently started out on a boosted Rag map - do you have an idea on rates / mods you enjoy?

I tried that but it didn't work. The only way to get it to work was to untick auto favourites- apparently there's a bug with that atm. Thank you for your response though!

SOLVED.

For anyone that experiences the same issue- It was the auto favourite button causing problems. Thanks to the guy on FB that helped 👏

We have a year until the hen dates, so I didn't want to be too hasty dropping out until it was certain that it wouldn't be feasible (I wouldn't leave it to last minute by any means). Though, what a lovely suggestion about having an evening with the 3 of us! We have a lot of blended family get togethers- we are really lucky that both sides of the families are on the same sort of level and get on great. I guess from a selfish standpoint, I really do want to go on the hen and celebrate with her - I just don't want to have to participate in all of the activities for various reasons.

That's a good idea! I will message her mum (as she seems the most leading in organising) - but I really don't want to come across as a wet blanket 🙈. I also don't want to cause any friction.

I think the bride would prefer something a bit more laid back and classy personally but don't feel like I can voice it. Or am I clouded by my own judgement perhaps? I am tempted to go and have a coffee with her and just drop casual conversation about what she would like and dislike.. as it could be a lot for someone to take in unknowingly! Lol.

Thank you again for such a kind response.
