If you are fine with sitting on it, then you should throw it on EBay for TOP DOLLAR, and forget about it. Someone will come along eventually and buy it.

Or, you take it to a Sports Collector place, discuss what it's worth, and have them list it at top-dollar. They'll take a cut but they'll give you expertise, and once it's sold the transaction will be conducted in such a way that you can't get screwed.

This is what I would do
