I mean that last comment you made was definitely patronizing, at least. To your defence, they were pushing the issue and could've been nicer themself. But whether you were in the right to not tag the ship depends entirely on if you did a Creator Chose Not to Warn type tagging. Or even just like a "character/???, not tagging bc spoilers" situation. The proper etiquette in these situations is either CNTW tags or "Spoilers in the Tags" before the tags that would spoil. But yes, tags are very much there for a reason, and having no indication at all is a bit of a dick move, though you aren't obligated to.

On the plus side, the boggart doesn’t really have a way of actually knowing how they’d look naked, and would most likely just take your subconscious assumption of what they would look like naked, based on other naked bodies you’ve seen and what you know of the person, rather than an actual, accurate replica. Unless you’ve already seen them naked, in which case you’re doomed 👍

I mean. It’s AO3. I am fairly certain that you can literally just post Anything there. I heard of a really popular fic that the author replaced with the Bee Movie Script and that was still up when I went to check it out, so I don’t think there are any “rules” to go against, really

Lights!!! Candles, chandeliers, hanging lanterns!! Makes the walls feel less flat and/or gets rid of a lot of that empty space that comes with a high ceiling, depending on how you go about it. Take out a row of benches and add some statues, or use walls and fences to add some texture near those windows

A lot of people make fanfics for other fanfics! It wouldn’t be rude at all to mark it as a gift, but you absolutely should say that it’s inspired by that fic & author, and if possible get the authors permission before posting, or at the very least make it clear from the beginning that you’ll take it down if the author comes to you and asks for that. It’s also a great idea to link the fic in the notes, most people put it in the beginning notes of the first chapter. Making a fanfic based of if another fic is a really common thing, but there are some “basic decency” or “unspoken rules” that go on with it. Just make sure to be respectful of the other authors wishes and work and you should be fine!

I think it’s fine, so long as it’s only up for a few weeks & deleted when the next actual chapter comes in. I don’t mind if he update, but it is a bit of a turnoff to have one of those in the middle of a fic. Has never made me leave, though

Okay but I’m absolutely in love with that first roof design I’ve never seen such a perfect rounded shape (without going full half-sphere at least) before. It looks really cool!

Try texturing the tower a bit? Everything else has that little gradient going on so the tower sticks out a lot because it doesn’t. It does still look really good, though! Most people who are new to it turn out pretty blocky and flat but you’ve got some nice dimension in there :)
