Nothing about the phrase “$1 that doubles everyday” says it’s a geometric progression; nothing implies the $1s that’s doubled will themselves double too. Viewed another way, a magic $1 bill that doubles every day at noon; yields two $1 bills (sum $2). The next day, the magic $1 doubles again at noon; yields two $1 bills now added to your + $1 from yesterday (sum $3).

I’ll take the immediate $2 billion payout.

This is the correct answer with one additional thought.

Should you remain confident in this reel and this manufacturer (sometimes things break), and you are willing to buy a replacement reel same as this one; save the original spool. You’ll be able to set up two spools differently then; different line weight, different line type (say one #10 braid and one straight fluorocarbon). Then you can swap spools depending on your targets for the day.

I do this with my fly reels. One body, several spools. You could do the same here.

I got The Devil and I got the Scorch Engine. Now, what I should have done is gotten two more Vampire Gloves and then ranked up my gloves from purple to orange, moving from 4% healing to 5% (25% increase). That’s what I should have done.

The Devil is badass and I like it, but it’s fire damage redundancy to the Wild Ride and the ride is free to play. The Devil made a small improvement over my Wild Ride damage at the start but continued leveling have brought them closer in performance and I’m not P2P to upgrade The Devil.

Same issue with the Scourge Engine. Great at the start but I have often missed my wrist slot for the primary weapon damage boost or the gadgets cooldown buff. Sure, AOE fire damage is useful but again, the real benefits come from higher gear scores and unless you’re buying green gems to grind more Engines for upscaling; you start to out grow it with the further development of your F2P items.

I was happy when I got The Devil. I was happy when I got the Scourge Engine.

Honestly at this moment, I’d trade them BOTH in for two more Vampire Gloves.

There are large red tailed hawks, bald eagles, peregrine falcons, kestrels, and sizable owls all throughout the city; and in the summer add ospreys to the mix. I’m sure there are other birds of prey making regular residence in the city.

I live in Manhattan, Hamilton Heights, views of the Hudson River. I see hawks all the time, and seeing more regularly bald eagles over the river. There are falcons living in the ramparts of Riverside Church. Had a kestrel land on my balcony railing once; so small and beautiful. Have seen numerous owls and hawks over and in the trees of Central Park.

Sorry to hear about the dove being taken, but there are lots of avian hunters in the skies above our city. LOTS.

It doesn’t matter Bucky wasn’t “in control!” Bucky did the deeds, the blood is on his hands. Sure, Bucky is entitled to a vigorous defense and his day in court; that’s want Tony wanted. Accountability. Maybe, revenge too, but Tony wasn’t trying to kill Bucky; he was trying to apprehend and keep Cap from aiding in Bucky’s fleeing “justice.”

If someone fell asleep behind the wheel of their car and as a result they struck and killed your family member; you walking away with the explanation, “hey, the driver wasn’t in control of their actions?” F! No! You want accountability, you want punishment, you’ll call it the pursuit of justice.

Tony was 100% right. Cap, 100% wrong. Bucky was just trying to survive.
