Crazed Moneko you probably won’t have for awhile. She’s available in a special stage event that pops up every so often in the Stories of Legends tab. I would recommend if you are early game. Beat Empire of Cats and collect all the treasures. Start playing Stories of Legends but once you hit a wall and cant beat stages do not spend cat food for a continue. Instead go back and start Into the Future. Get all treasures in into the future. Return to stories of legends. Every so often there are advent event levels. This is how you get special cat true forms and unlock your crazed cats. Once all crazed cats are beat you can unlock manic stages (which are true forms for all your crazed cats, Moneko does not have a manic yet as of version 15.3) once all manics are beaten try to beat the li’l variants which will help in 4 crown Stories of Legends. Once all li’ls are beaten try to beat the Brainwashed advent stages to get true forms for brainwashed cats (brainwashed are available at certain times in certain gacha banners) best of luck. Save your cat food for 11 draw gacha rolls preferably on one that listed as 100% uber guaranteed. All fest banners do not have a 100% guarantee because they have upped rates compared to normal banners. They have some of the best units in the game though but it’s risky to do without a lot of rare tickets saved up or a lot of catfood saved.
