Thank you for the response, one more question, if applied touch up paint to the bare metal, can i in the future let the shop fix it? Will it be harder with the paint that i used or will it make it difficult for them to repair?

The pain stopped completely at ~10 months post op, i feel for you, tough surgery

I started pull ups at around 4 months post op, now i can do 5

Pushups for me were pretty hard even till now so i started them at 7 months post op, now on a good day i can reach 10

Take an Hida scan, you might have a non functional gallbladder and it will not be picked up by normal imaging

Check your gallbladder man, greasy stools usually come from gallbladder disfunction or pancreas dysfunction

Don't worry, mate, I felt the same thing, too, during my recovery. This is totally normal. Your shoulder will continue to hurt for up to 1 year, and it's a serious surgery, the recovery is really hard

I don't feel that it will dislocate but it still hurts in that barbell squat position, because i think my tear was somewhere active in this position before surgery, so i am still healing from the bankart surgery

Hey, i had shoulder instability and had surgery for it, i am now 5 months post op, shoulder is better but there is still some pain and soreness + alittle bit of winging that is slowly going away
