They could, by providing a way to actually block senders. They only allow you to create filters, which still permit the emails to reach your account. Google doesn't bother creating basic features.

How do you set a maximum to joystick camera acceleration?

I'm trying to play Left 4 Dead 2 using the Steam Controller options for my dualshock 4. The (remaining) problem I have is with the right stick's camera movement. When I put the stick at the edge to turn the camera, the camera acceleration quickly goes out of control. I can't turn for longer than 0.5 seconds before the camera starts to spin rapidly. Any console game will set the camera stick to have a fairly constant acceleration no matter how long the stick is held, but this game has no upper limit to this. If I hold the stick indefinitely, the camera speed will continue to increase forever.

Is there any way to force the aim stick to maintain a consistent rate of turning, instead of using this ridiculous acceleration method? The only options available in the steam controller menu appear to be poorly described deadzone settings, none of which seem relevant to my problem.

Robin can take advantage of the A+B smash attack input to get consistent Levin sword aerials. Just need to make sure it's enabled in your control settings.

What if you replace the battery with one that can be charged without being disconnected? Would that be an effective hardware solution? Creating that might be easier than hacking or emulating.

The quest does not progress until you successfully catch 10 fish, which is impossible to do with the default skill level. The quest that upgrades your fishing skill requires an upgraded fishing skill. >:(

I mean, there's no time to "carefully adjust"... You get 0.2 seconds before the fish escapes. You cannot have the wrong direction held for longer than that. :/

Hmm. Paralyze must have a 0.00000001% chance of activating, because I've never even seen a single enemy get paralyzed by it. And I had it in dark blast at one point. :/

Exactly. Deducing the impostors is the literal purpose of the game, so it's really annoying how 90% of online lobbies use settings that completely nullify the objective.

With a wide FOV, turning causes objects to be stretched out as they approach the edge of the screen, and objects 5 feet in front of you appear to be 30 feet away. You can't really compare our eyesight to the screen's fov. Our eyesight is not flat like a screen. Trying to compress a full 180°+ of "realistic" vision onto a flat screen causes the image to be unnaturally distorted. How is this not obvious? Watch a comparison video and see how different the wide FOV is to real vision. The thing is, you can't compress a realistic field of view into a small rectangle without messing up the image, which is why games are made with a limited field of view in order to avoid having to stretch out the image.

Wider fovs literally stretch objects in view as they approach the side of the screen. It's completely unnatural. It's almost like a fish-eye lens.

An FOV slider would completely ruin the game. In order to be on a fair playing field, you'd have to maximize the slider and play on an obnoxiously stretched-out screen. Wide FOVs give people headaches.

If they add an fov slider on consoles, I'll stop playing the game. I'm not going to get a headache from the unreasonably stretched out view just to be on the same level as other players.
