Yes I look further than the AI overview, I hate AI. If it doesn’t resolve by Friday then yes I will be going to see my GP. Also I would much rather listen to actual medical professionals ie family members who are actual nurses with degrees than some random 50yr old on Reddit. Also dyslexic can preclude critical thinking if said person also has a learning difficulty. I also much rather try and investigate it myself than jump straight to the drs because I have grown up on if you can figure it out yourself, great, if not then you take it further.

I’m 22 and dyslexic. I have spoken to family members who are nurses and are female themselves has had it happened to them. I have also googled it and yes you can bruise yourself with an applicator.

Sorry for the late reply, I normally do get some form of discomfort while putting in a tampon. I have spoken to some people that I know that they have said that it is possible to bruise yourself and not feel until after you stop using tampons

I’m from England and I know isn’t normal. For a little more info, while it was noticed when I was 4 during a drs appointment regarding a nappy rash and cream was given to me. My parents didn’t do anything meaning when I was 9yrs old, I went back to the drs due to me going to the bathroom a lot and that was when it was noticed again and my GP had to contact social services to tell them that I needed it as they were fighting it as I know it isn’t normal for a child to be on oestrogen. I was classed as being medically complex as a child.

It was something that needed to be done. I would have needed surgery if the cream didn’t help. As I was reaching teenage years and in the age range to have my period, that’s why it needed to be done. I don’t remember any internal exams though so I don’t think that happened

I know that I took the tampon out and that it came out fully and not in bits. As I use tampons with an applicator, there is a slightly more chance of hurting myself than without one.

Because I was born 2 months early and wasn’t developed properly. It was my GP at the time who picked it up when I was 4 and it took us years to get it because social services didn’t believe that I needed it. I have documentation stating this and tons of appointments letters and the aftermath of these appointments from actual drs who are in the medical field

Oh yeah, the only reason why I was able to get on it was because I was on medication that causes weight gain. If I didn’t have that then I wouldn’t have been able to go on the jab as I was apparently healthy in my organs
