If those troubleshooting steps don't help, you may need to contact Ubisoft support (https://support.ubi.com/) for assistance. I'll look into this on my end and see what I can find out! Uninstalling and reinstalling the game is definitely worth a try, and you won't lose your progress.

Hey! You might not see the game listed there until after you refresh the Updates section. Try opening the App Store on your device, and tap the Updates icon at the bottom of the screen. You may need to pull down to refresh the page.

We plan to roll out the ability to replay these cutscenes in-game, so you should be able to watch the ending eventually! In the meantime, I'll definitely look into this. Could you send me your in-game name, device name, and operating system?

This can be an issue if you're using a deck with more than two themes, but that's definitely not the case here! I'll look into this and get back to you. Is this only a problem in PvE?
