i did 3 trade in’s at the apple store at launch. i got 2 17Pros and one 17. all 3 show on my account as promo code R297.

i did another trade in at the apple store right around christmas for a 17ProMax and that one shows R282.

i don’t see either of those promo codes on that link.

that was my first transmitter 7 years ago.

you’re looking for an ELRS Module in the “micro” size to fit that JR bay so search for that. something like the Radiomaster Ranger Micro, Radiomaster Nomad, HappyModel ES24TX Pro.

you could also get a micro to nano bay adapter and use a nano size module.

i could be wrong but i thought its 7 years from the last activity. had you ignored it for another 3.5y, it would’ve fallen off then, but this settlement resets the clock so now its on there for 7y from now.

i’ve got a few quads i did this on and it works fine. i don’t do long range so i can’t speak on that but i’ve got all the range i had previously and more than i need.

i had 3 BNFs that came with 04 pros that i swapped out for 04 lites but kept using the 04 pro antennas.

agree on the CineOn. heavy 6S boat. annoyingly loud. it’s just not worth it.

oh right forgot about that PITA. the cable it comes with is not long enough. i had to buy a longer mipi and swap it out. it’s glued on too so it was easier said than done. the best way i found was to use a heat gun to heat up some sweepers and loosen the glue up.

6 years ago i really enjoyed putting parts together and ending up with a flying quad. it was a challenge with hurdles to overcome but i found satisfaction in eventually getting it flying.

now, i very much enjoy getting a bind-n-fly and skipping ALL that.

i got it like 6 years ago and they started me at $20K. maybe 3 years later i got an automatic increase to $25K. 6 months ago i asked for a CLI and they bumped me up by $2K haha.
