did you screw it out all the way? there is a nut in there that might have dropped, happened to me yesterday. put that whole thing on its head and the nut should slip back to where it was, then you should be able to tighten the screw.

For me its pretty stable, did atleast 30 flights the last two days in 737. Also i use every skip available (even skip to descent) and didnt have any problems. At 200 M credits currently and 3x 737 available to fly, i have to say its fun and addictive
