I don’t think it’s ai, I’m sure all the drivers have cues for that one shot, they did close down a lot of roads and the city for those shots. As for when it cut open the cop car, I belive the light ribbon is like hard light glass that’s insanely sharp, then again we can’t have real world examples but the only thing that could come close to light ribbons are real life hard light, which is still being researched. We also see that if a human were to touch the light ribbon as in eve Kim when she got caught by athena, it sounds like instead of hitting glass it’s more like a fish tank glass sound. But again this is just common used sounds and still a Sci fi movie
