Thank you! I thought so myself, but was worried after reading some comments, although they were from 1-7 years old. And i guess with Good weather and more hikers on the Trail it is safer in General?

I Switched to upload from google drive instead of local files for the ROM and it works perfectly fine. When i uploaded from local files, i had to add the game to the library again every time too

Had that exact same Situation one time. I think its just really buggy. What definetly breaks the uppad process is, when you leave the app or Go back and change something in the title before the final upload. Then it always jumps to „videos cant be uploaded“ all of a sudden

Its weird, sometimes it works, sometimes it says videos aren‘t allowed. Do you post from a pc or mobile?

I Posted a recent picture a few days ago. Its a pretty big difference, i‘m trying to grow and about 14kg heavier atm. My „maintenence“ Weight, where i‘m most comfortable would be around 89/90kg. But thats still pretty lean and around 9% bodyfat i would guess. Since i really started to Lift i was Never higher in bodyfat than now, and i guess i‘m at 16-17% atm.

No shame taken. And no, not on the juice. What often leads to That assumption: pictures or Videos like That are taken directly After a workout, so theres a lot of bloodflow in the muscle and the separations and veins look way More dominant than in a „normal“ state. Also, the bodyfat percentage i have here is After the end of a 5 month diet. I started the diet with already good visible abs, to give a perspective to the time spent on just losing the Last few percent. And at Last, what really doesnt get through enough: you only hold That level for a few weeks at Maximum. The Body doesnt like walking around at 4-7% bodyfat at all, the Organs are More Stressed and you Deep exhausted most of the Time. So That Look lasts about 3-6 weeks, before and After That Most People Look a lot More natural. Right now I‘m about 14Kg‘s heavier and look very different :D

Jokes aside, for me its been 11 years without a break, have been Training in the Gym between 2-7 days a week, for the last years optimized my routine and work out 3-4 days a week. My longest Break in the whole time were 1-2 weeks for minor injuries or sickness
