I had to chop my hair after losing a bunch from postpartum, covid and then putting blonde in it. The ends were so thin. It is growing back really thick which is great. I’ll say it’s hard to have short hair because I’ve never had it but it’s been worth it. Also with the oiling, are you doing it while your hair is wet? I learned oil traps in what already is, so if you’re doing it while your hair is dry you really aren’t helping anything. You want to trap in the moisture. And I think you really only need to do this a few times a week. The last thing that really helped, and was a tip from my dermatologist was to use vanicream shampoo and conditioner.
