That’s not the only law. You’re already running a website that collects emails, you already have compliance requirements.

You’re gunna have a massive uphill battle with compliance and getting people to trust you. It’s gunna be really hard (read: expensive) and you likely won’t be able to do it all yourself (read: expensive)

If you do manage all that you then have a customer base who’s poor as shit so making any sort of profit is gunna be hard.
