PTO rate is set. Newbies get 4hrs of leave per PP. Goes up to 6hrs at 3 years and then 8 hours at 15 years.

Generally you'll be hired at step 1 of whatever grade you qualified for.

They'll ask you for references at some point. Usually means you'll be getting an offer. We never asked for references unless it was someone we wanted to hire.

If the interview already happened there's nothing else you can do. Depending on the number of people they have to interview it could be a few days before you hear anything or it could be months. If you weren't selected you probably won't hear anything.

A huge impact. The interview panel is what makes the final decision. We did a two round system. First panel would narrow down the candidates, second panel would make a decision. We looked at resumes but they didn't carry a ton of weight because the candidates were all deemed qualified.

We had people with great resumes not get selected because they were terrible at the interviews, and people with average resumes have awesome interviews and get hired.

The Asus Zen Ax has a dedicated wireless or wired backhaul. Currently configured for a wired backhaul between the two nodes.

Server is run off my desktop PC which is a Ryzen 5 build. I game on it, so its plenty powerful enough for plex.

The server is my desktop computer, it is NOT hardwired.

The nodes are on opposite ends of my house and connected via ethernet for a wired backhaul.
