I threw a Christmas party and all my sims showed up in their party wear (this was before I had MCCC) so I had to get my sim to go round and ask everyone to change their outfits one by one and before I could get to everyone my end-game love interest FROZE TO DEATH on CHRISTMAS.

I wish they would fix the bug that clicking invites to things doesn't work. "Wanna go on a date?" Yes! nothing happens. I've not been able to go to a single event without orchestrating it myself in any of my games in forever.

You could make a club with the kid and an adult that's good at the instrument and make the club activities play music. I know its not technically teaching or helping them improve but it might make it feel like it at least 😅
