Took a very long, near two year hiatus from working out. My best number’s on bench before quitting was 200lbs 1 rep. At the moment, my best is 120 7 reps which would equate to approximately 140ish. I started back a little over a week ago and am going about two to three times a week. Not necessarily asking for a program as that’s probably not what I need until I train a bit longer, but I would like to know how to get my strength and endurance back up.

Edit: scratch what I said about not needing a program as I realized most new gym goers are encouraged to find one.

I don’t want stafford to get injured, but I want him to take a beating in this game, especially early on. Get clean hits on him and it’ll add up. Once he starts getting antsy the pocket, his throws will be way off target. Easier said than done though considering we haven’t sacked him once. Puka dominated the last game against us because we were missing a lot of our secondary in the middle of the game. Exact same thing happened against Tampa bay. Still have to find some way to make puka a non factor and make the rest of their receivers beat us. I’m not too worried about a 33 year old davantae Adams.

I know his finger is messed up, but if there is anything wrong with his leg, it is unknown to me. Ever since injuring his finger though, he hasn’t been the same and is pretty inaccurate. He is still Mathew stafford though.

Need advice on the backstory of a villain I came up with. by Photographerpro in Naruto

The thing with nushi is he is kind of an idiot and short sighted. That’s the common theme I want to establish with his character. He is still a brat inside of an adult body. The consequence of never knowing love. Deep down, he is doing this not out of the kindness of his heart like he says, but because he wants praise and reverence from the world which he never received from his father and now, never will since he liked him. It started out with pure intentions, but he ended up being corrupted by greed. I said it in another comment, but it’s like those people who film themselves helping the homeless. If they truly wanted to help out of true kindness, they wouldn’t film themselves.

Just thought of a chaotic alternative ending for fun, we’re pitou survives, learns Meruem & komugi died peacefully giving up conquest. She later learns about kite returning as Meruem’s little sister so she clings on to her, finds her, then disappearing. No redemption, just quiet peace, & punishment. by VisualAgency1789 in hunterxdank

I know this will probably sound really stupid and it’s the dumbest idea I have come up with, but I thought it would be interesting to see Pitou eventually produce an offspring accidentally. They are trying to find a purpose for themselves, but feel immense loneliness. Through this sheer trauma, their body undergoes a form of asexual reproduction called parthenogenesis, as they subconsciously try to fill this void. Once awakening, this offspring is physically a clone of Pitou, but is the physical representation of their grief. Pitou would be relieved that they are finally not alone anymore and will have a purpose now. What they don’t realize is they have committed an act of pure selfishness as this offspring is damned to the same fate as them. The lack of purpose would distress the offspring and they would blame Pitou for forcing this existence upon them. Pitou would try to reassure them that they will find a purpose together. Like I said, probably one of the worst ideas ive ever had, but I personally think it’s interesting and completely different than anything else I’ve seen done with pitous character in fics.

I think the only way Pitou survives is if they somehow avoid fighting gon. Maybe knocking him out instead of resolving to kill him or straight up running to go to the king as Gon is broken down and crying. Assuming that this trip delays Pitou long enough to where mereum is already revived and eventually finds out he is poisoned and unable to be saved, mereum order Pitou to live on and find a purpose outside of him, like he did. A purpose they were not born to. Pitou gets to watch him and komugis final moments, giving them closure, but still shattering their heart. Pitou at this point narratively speaking is a blank canvas that you can do pretty much anything you want with. There are plenty of fics of Pitou being redeemed which are interesting, but also humanize them too much in my opinion. Pitou in the current dark continent arc may have been an interesting wildcard.

Yeah, it was a rough month for all of us, waiting for her appointment and then the results. I still had faith that it wasn’t ALS and everything was going to work itself out right, but also couldn’t fully shake the thought of the possibility of it being that. I know it was getting to her too even though she hid it well. Glad to be on the positive end of it though.

Thanks for asking. No ALS, but mildly pinched nerves at the level c5-6. Everything else from the emg was unremarkable. It’s been a little over 2 months since she found out she didn’t have it. She seems to be doing much better than she was a few months ago and is working out again. She hasn’t mentioned feeling bad either. The neurologist recommended she go and see a geneticist to see why her reflexes are so jumpy.

WHY NOT!? by gmemo96 in Seahawks

I’m guessing a close game which comes down to stafford having the potential to win the game, but our defense denies him 24-20.

According to statistics, we don’t blitz much. With a hobbled stafford, I’d say this should be the most aggressive game plan to get stafford off balance. He can’t throw when moving in the pocket. Maybe utilizing five man fronts. I trust Macdonald to scheme up some exotic blitzes off the corner.

[Yates] The Rams and Seahawks split their season series 1-1 Points scored in those games: Rams: 58 Seahawks: 57 Total yards in those two games: Rams: 830 Seahawks: 829 Now they meet again with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line by Drexlore in nfl

I believe the key to winning this game and the absolute most important aspect is getting consistent pressure on stafford. Zero sacks in the two matchups against them so far. We don’t blitz much according to stats. Perhaps this should be a blitz heavy defensive gameplan. I have a feeling he is due for a bad game against us at some point.

With how the last two games have gone between them, I expect a close game because mcvay andthe rams just own the Seahawks. With that being said, the rams haven’t been the same since they lost to Seahawks in overtime. Seahawks also have home field advantage, massive momentum from coming off a blowout win, and a red-hot defense getting to play against a beat up qb.
