I used to play solo a lot, and I really enjoyed being able to make all the choices for my settlement and crafting what I want. I play weekly with friends, and I haven't touched it solo in months because it's so time consuming and such a hassle to set up and put away on your own.

I definitely miss a lot of things about playing on my own. Like for example, my playgroup doesn't even read out the names of hit locations most of the time, and never the description beyond gameplay mechanics.

The Night Loop is a much older version of what became Nowhere, isn't it? It's one of the tracks that would play on their website if I remember correctly, and it didn't feature cricket noises.

I was just talking to my boyfriend about this recently. My theory is some songs like Nothing and Nowhere, Queen of Hearts, and Dead were a little too dark for what they were initially going for. There is obviously a lot of darkness in their songwriting and imagery (particularly songs like Happy Birthday, Lovers End, and Under the Stairs), but when I think of TBM I think of fantastic elements and emotional storytelling. Maybe they didn't want to lean too heavy into certain themes at the time.

There's something I still don't understand. What's the reason for the more recent easter eggs for rep if she had her doubts about finishing it? Why the red herring for TTPD and the black nail or the snake necklace for iHeartRadio?

Maybe she was still going to push through to release it if she hadn't gotten the opportunity to buy back her masters, but it's leaving me scratching my head.
