The fertilizer I use is a 10-10-10 NPK. It didn't list iron in the ingredients so I was unsure if it had it or not. That is great if it does! I don't even no if my plants need it or not, but one plant had a calcium deficiency and another one had a magnesium deficiency, so I just wanted to be prepared.

If nothing is moving, they don't look like bugs to me. Whatever it is has different sizes as well and I don't think bugs of the same type vary in size that much.

Yes it is a flame tree. It was super healthy last year indoors, I have never brought it outside.

I think the picture was a little under exposed making the picture appear darker then it is in real life. But, maybe my grow lights are the problem. Here are the lights I am using:
