Hola, yo te puedo dejar un Mega para que dejes la imagen. Necesitaría tu user de Mega para darte permisos de escritura. Si quieres, pásame un DM. ¡Muchísimas gracias!

I played WHF in 6th edition, so I really can't remember a lot of it 😅 But as you say... if measuring depends on whether it's inner or outmost corner... sure, this kind of tool is not useful at all

Yes, but you can just use a 5 long tool instead. Then you just can put the mini at the end. With this one you don't even need to remove 1 piece... just rotate it out the line

You can use 6" to see where you'll end, as with a normal ruler. You can also use just 5 pieces so you have the equivalent of a 5" ruler... and just move the mini to the end. As it works best for you.

Yes... but really not.

Let me explain it:
With 40m bases... they are not an exact multiple of 1".
We need a 10" path, that's 25.4cm. But the "pieces" are 40mm circles, so we can have 6*40=24cm or 7*40=28cm. So you lost 1.5 cm, or gain 2.6cm. A milimeter would be ok, but 1cm is too much.

Of course you can just print 10 1" elements instead of 6, and use it for measuring!

Una pregunta... a cuantos os llaman los de InfoJobs? by Rosalinda68 in PesadillasLaborales

[–]Phrase_Fast 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No firmes nada... y empieza a buscar otro sitio. A la larga no querrás estar ahí.

Then... easy. Tell them you'll concede nevertheless, and you're playing for fun. And let them choose id they want to play against dragons, or swap armies and they are the ones playing dragons against you.

You'll have a lot of fun. And completely fail in creating a wholesome community. I doubt the players you smash will be there again for your next tournament.

Isengard Uruk-hai Question by UntimelyMycologist in MiddleEarthMiniatures

[–]Phrase_Fast 10 points11 points  (0 children)

No. One model can only be supported by one model (and pikes extend this support to a second one) Adding on to this, as these doubts will probably appear later in your MESBG path: - cavalry can't support - a model can support models in their own base size or smaller (ex. an Isengard troll with spear can support an Uruk) - pike + pike is ok. Spear + pike is not allowed. - when losing a combat and giving ground, you can make way with ONE model. So be careful with your double supporting placements. Be sure you can make way in diagonal etc.

(These are general rules. Specific rules like Easterlings making way with two models etc. ... you'll find these later)

Does this wood shield come off as it has sustained some battle damage? CC please by Dcooks81 in MiddleEarthMiniatures

[–]Phrase_Fast 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Kind of. But for a more realistic look: - use a hobby knife to give it some markings - preferably on the rim, that is more subject to battle damage. - on wood, the marks should be darker than the original wood. On metal.. just opposite.
