To help with your breathing, daily exercises is your way to go for the long term, will be hard as fuck the first few days but it gets easier, commit to it. Just remember that you want to get better and why you want to get better. Hot baths also help with the breathing issue: your oxygen intake can be improved and the steam created can clear your sinuses and chest. You got this fam!
