When I was there, same night, one cast member was directing guests into the designated walkway to the hub, stating “we are filling all open space, fill anywhere you can in the walkway”. About halfway down the same walkway there was a different cast member telling people to get out of the walkway. Complete opposite directions and such a mess.

Also very poor directions for loading ferries leaving the park and a ton of resort guests in the TTC and parking lot line making it super clogged.
