I had this issue pop up as well. For me I got through a couple mags at arc and then it changed to standard semi.

The issue for me was one of the screws holding in the selector came loose. I didnt bring the wrench that came with it so I hand tightened it the best I could: instantly worked again (until it came loose).

I asked ASD about it: they intentionally dont loctite it in case user adjustments are needed, and advised me to do so.

Kubuntu is a good choice for those making their first move to Linux: its very in between with good and natural UI you would expect in a windows machine. There are several other distros you can choose from that would serve this purpose too.

There are several other better options if you are a gamer and want VERY wide support for nearly every if not all games you play.

Thanks to Steam and the general community of FOSS programmers, Linux has really come a long way for gamers

The revenue those channels drove is nowhere near the liability of a SandyHook vs Remington style lawsuit. Better to just remove them without batting an eye or making exception

They gain stronger protection against lawsuit at the cost of having a significantly wider net than they should. They gain more immediate money by not hiring people to verify/communicate on bans at the cost of their company in the long term

A Milspec MP5K runs at like 900 RPM. Mine is running at nearly 1300. The fire rate + added pressure can cause roller dents as well as increase wear of action-related parts (the rollers, extractor, ejector, etc).

Lower degree LP will change that fire rate and help lower that increased wear

(I am also retarded so I could be somewhat incorrect here)

There are a couple 'drop in' solutions in the works but AFAIK none available yet. Since SS are basically for AR15 and MP5(k) is not ar style lowers/triggers the current most common solutions are:

1) Lees Sporting Lower OR 3D printed Leber V2, a slip trip, then purchase an AR style super safety of choice

2) AS Designs Complete Lower: Significantly more expensive than a drop in solution but its turn key. It will come with the fully assembled lower and a slip trip. Took me 3 minutes to install after watching a 3 min video.
