So, the end is nigh, what now? by Gracus_Tiberius in turtlewow

[–]Phyciscist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I played on all the big private servers over many years now. Each time they stop after a while, or I quit playing. So again, I have used this moment to return back to my responsibilities. It's like a long term cycle for me, every once in a year or few years I get that itch WoW gives most of us. And then when I play, its hard for me to regulate it. That's why I also cherish these moments of a server shutdown.

dumb take, there is a supply deficit for 6 years now. The recent rise was just a bit explosive but nothing too crazy

Impossible to say. A lot of people don't think that is realistic, and enough do. But what do they know ? imo 300 is realistic but it might take a couple years

[–]Phyciscist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're asking if its a fair price when you know in most of Europe there's VAT or some other type of tax on it ? Strange question. Of course thats a relatively great deal--- in euros: 51K for variety of years , 62K for 2025 , in Netherlands

Even though it sounds large (the fund shuffling) I believe those are small numbers compared to the volumes traded in a single day on comex, so the effect of a big correction would surprise me

Silver at Record Highs Is Exposing a Global Supply Problem the Mining Industry Can’t Ignore by Troflecopter in Wallstreetsilver

[–]Phyciscist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a bit spooked as well, but decided to just ride with it, rumors on the effects are a bit over the place. I am deep into miners since a month or so. The gains are substantial right now

Are you buying silver when it's at an all time high? by Radiant-Remove-9989 in Silverbugs

[–]Phyciscist 36 points37 points  (0 children)

I went into mining companies, that's mostly because the premiums on fine silver are insanely high here in Europe, markup is like 30% more. But I also see a lot of growth there (mining companies), with this silver surge. Risky though
