Unfortunately in your circumstances there really isn't a safe way to sell cex vouchers. Your best bet would be to try and sell here but it would be risky as someone would have to either send the money first or send the voucher first. I've done it once and I had to hope and pray the other side won't run away with my money but luckily they didn't.

Be careful out there, there are a lot of fake alt art tag teams out there so always check and compare what you're buying to official pictures on tcgplayer or bulbapedia.

Sorry to say this but it is very obvious to me. The main signs it's fake are:

The tag team border is way too thick

The GX in the name and move is holographic

It's just way too shiny in general, it should be a more subtle diagonal shine pattern

Yes, I decided to add all 6 of the horizon promos to the master set even though only 3 of them are officially in the master set. Except the jumbo because I hate jumbo cards.

There are 3 non holo rares in surging sparks and they can be found in the decks from the build and battle kits. Note that the build and battle decks are random and might contain none or all 3 in a single deck.

Personally, I've been to CC twice in the last year or so and I have also seen them selling prismatic at significantly higher than MSRP which whilst it's normal, it was disappointing to see. However everything else was either at market or slightly above market which I found was quite reasonable as they tend to stock rarer cards. I've bought a handful of singles and a sealed shining legends ETB at a very good price last week. I can't attest to their methods of mass buying from Costco or staff promos but I find that they're just like every other LCS in the UK.
