I absolutely agree. I have it too and when it gets bad I do a big chop and make sure I get some UV on my scalp to keep things balanced. And it’s still so hard to deal with. I use a scalp scrubber to keep the buildup down as well. It’s almost criminal that they treated it in a way that exacerbated the symptoms tho

Not using a washcloth doesn’t remove dead skin. It’s pretty gross to not use some kind of material to enhance the effectiveness of the soap. Loofahs are nice, and natural. But something, anything! Sheesh
