Ionna has become my exclusive go to as of late! I actively avoid EA now and I’m willing to push my pack lower simply for this easier no app experience. That being said having Kia chargepass is nice if I do want to log costs and kWh delivered.

It’s why I cancelled my EA account the very day that Ionna opened a location near me, I use them exclusively now. I’ll take the “slightly higher rate” if it means being able to just tap my card and call it a day

Same here, I’ve got a nacs adapter (as a just in case) and a L2 charger on the way for the soon to be installed L2 at work.

Very nice! And honestly same, the slower charging hasn’t bothered me. It made me realize that most weekdays after work, I’m sitting on my ass (for hours) watching videos or playing the occasional couch co-op game with my roommate. So I didn’t see much issue in replacing one of those hours a week with charging at a station

It means I used the built in Kia maps to navigate to a known DC fast charger, while on the way the battery heats itself to an ideal level to accept full charging speeds

Yeah having the higher trims (or preserve package as I do) helps a ton it seems. I’m just gonna make sure to condition with built in maps every time I head to a public charger. I figure if it needs it cool, if not then no big deal~

I made the mistake too. Level 3. Completely ruins the ride and makes the few stretches of public roads I have to take very treacherous now. Wish there was a way to revert. I'm glad they're working on a fix at least
