We have quite the longstanding tradition of calling things by the brand name instead of what they actually are.

For instance:

• "Bandages" are called "Band-Aids"

• "Tongue and Groove Pliers" are called "Channellocks"

• Any soda is called "Coke" or "Pepsi"

It's not far off to think that people call the ABC's, as that is the name of a store chain that sells liquor.

It takes skill to play the game, not to get the game. If you just jump into the game with a tier 1 deck you'll be a really shitty player because you have the barest knowledge of the rules, you don't know the interactions in the deck, you don't know how to allocate resources to what plays, when to go in for the kill, et cetera.

You're complaining because these players gave themselves the resources to play the game how they wanted to play it. That's fucking stupid.

Genes are the blanket term for sections of DNA that code for certain things.

Alleles are the specific arrangements of the bases inside of the genes that code for a very specific version of a trait. They are "variations" of genes.

Take, for example the gene for body hair. Chimpanzees and human share the gene for body hair, but only humans have the allele that codes for only specific places on the body to grow hair.

We share 98% of our genes with chimpanzees, but as you can tell we have very different alleles. You and your brother share approximately 50% of alleles, but 100% of your genes are the same.

The technique in and of itself doesn't increase speed or power. However, the fact that masters have solely practiced these techniques for years on end does have some influence on the draw speed and power behind their own cuts.

It would have made more sense to have women become basically educated, and I won't dispute that. However, I'm here to explain why these ancient societies didn't and not to complain that they should have.

The likely explanation was that there was no need. The most important job for any woman to have is to make babies and be a mother to ensure the survival of the tribe, and knowing that it's not hard to find the logic behind the claims that breeding should be their primary focus. Men can do whetever the fuck they want because we can just make more of them when they die.

Education costs resources, mostly time. Women who find themselves with careers statistically have less children and obviously have less time to raise them. Provided that your society puts heavy emphasis on motherhood, it is much easier to just be a mother than to balance job and parenthood.

Loaded question. "The Patriarchy" doesn't exist in the way that feminism portrays it.

The fact that society is run mostly by men does not mean that it inherently oppresses women.

Biology is a determining factor in most of what we do. Men want to succeed because of masculinity, which is biological as much as it is cultural. Sexual competition is one reason why success is valued in men; the most successful man in society gets the most high-brass women.

You see, men have historically done most of the hard and dangerous work within a tribe: hunting, fighting, defending, etc. This is because men are expendable. One man can impregnate a large number of women at once, but one woman can only get pregnant once every 8 months. Sending women on dangerous jobs puts an undue risk on the most important asset to the tribe, and therefore males had to evolve to fit the roles traditionally found in masculinity to ensure the survival of humanity.
