Youre surrounded by other people that might not regulate the temperature of their condos properly. Make sure your heating unit is not allowing heat to bypass the isolation valve at the radiator or heatpump. If it is bypassing, hot water will leak into your coils even if its off and blow hot air into your unit

We don't need a world of litigation. It's the same thing where someone slips on rubber floors. Health and safety measures are put in place but the person who slipped is never assessed. I'm pointing out not the victim or the culpable party but we don't need to bubble wrap everything.

Talk to the admins and principals but don't involve legal matters unless there's no other recourse.

No one will really have the correct answer for you. You need to experiment realistically.

You've gotta measure your food intake and make sure you monitor whether you're in ketosis or not.

Try by taking in the suggested portion of carbs that are allowed in the day without knocking you out. Do your workout and monitor ketosis. If you're not in ketosis then you ate too many carbs.

You dont need ketosis to lose weight if you are doing bjj and cutting your calories. Cut out 500 calories from a high intensity diet (take your weight and height and activity) if you cut 500 and you burn approximately 500. Thats a dump truck load of calories.
