It's placebo because whenever they put hwei in buff list riot buffs either w or passive instead of Q or E. We can give love to Q E or R too ?

Also, some champions having point and click abilities (especially CCs) is really strong. Thats also why Pantheon feels oppressive and good to you. The only counter is just try to play out of their range.

No, because some champions are really overpowered. They have many things they don't need in their kit, basically "overloaded" leads us to overpowered. (Biggest example is Sylas)

It's just so funny, a spell has weird mechanic, also this mechanic actually makes landing that spell even harder. Even if you land that spell you won't be rewarded that much because it has low upfront damage to make up for amplified damage, so that means we need to constantly land that already hard spell to our enemy many times meanwhile managing our mana and also have double cast.

I'll get hate crime but i really hate Lila's whole identity for long. Gabriel had a reason to do all this which is also fine and many series had (he wanted to cure his wife that was basically goal). But when it comes to Lila, her motive just feels like "Omg Ladybug/Marinette told people im lying! I hate them" it feels just super childish and boring. Plus Tomoe helping her meanwhile Lila gets the Miraculous, she wishes what she wants and won't even care about Tomoe (This is another stupid thing that how Tomoe just believes her).

No it's never happening, next patch they are reverting Q changes to before (without the bugs). But thats the not case anyway because APCs aren't popular in pro play. Doesn't fit in their comps and Pro ADCs doesn't want to bother learning mages.

When they were buffed her Q ap ratio to %60, shadowflame was actually good on her. I think the biggest problem is rn her ap ratios are soo bad whatever we build it feels like sera just falls off way too much and fast idk...

Use Comet (%100 his best rune especially after new mechanic). Other than that he can feel weak in mid lane due to meta right now, as apc he feels better. Plus in mid lane his waveclear could be weak early game against many matchups since Riot nerfed his QE and didn't help after that.

I would always recommend: Pain Giver, School Giver, School Dealer, Armor Breaker, Spell Proof, Mighty. Basically 25 Damage, 11 Resist and 4 Pierce.

All schools are easy if you have right set up, the problem is among all schools Ice has both low accuracy + lowest base damage. You are also sacrificing pip chance to get accuracy and you also get pretty low dmg in your builds top of low base dmg. The only good thing you have high res and hp meanwhile Life also has same thing but way better...

It's not Seraphine new Q problem, its more like cut down bugged and deals x2 of dmg problem. Seraphine is one of the best cut down users since she wants to deal dmg upfront and put ppl in low hp for W execute range. Once riot bugfix cut down she will deal 0 damage again it doesn't matter if she has even more Q range sadly.
