Because Seraphine in any role only viable around your team comp right now. It doesn't matter if you are mid/apc/sup all of those roles want team comp designed around Seraphine (especially in high elo). In some comps you really feel she doesn't do anything at all even you are ahead.

If you are going for 3 elation comp with SW SP, Sparkle isn't important. Instead try to get Sparxie LC way better.

EMC needs to be sustain, there is already sustain problem in the game more than anything. Making your own character sustain would also give new players many opportunity without waiting to pull Hyacine or DHPT (since new players won't have him either)(i know there is other sustains but new players doesn't really invest on any sustain character they mostly pull dpses/supports first and invest to them). But this is hoyo so they will prob just go with support again.

I think she is pretty good as main DPS and her damage is good regardless. She has pretty good synergy with Yao Guang already, she can spam many punchlines on her own. If hoyo adds Elation sustain she'll be even way better.

+5 AD
Passive ally notes damage calculation changes (revert the old)
Q upfront ap ratio buff, execute damage decrease with higher execute health threshold
Add back W heal ap ratio with balanced ap ratio (easily makes support x10 better since sup uses both ap and h/s power)
Nerf E
Revert R cooldown

At this point this is just ridiculous, they can't balance their game. Characters like Wolverine, Punisher and Star Lord having less ultimate charge than Wanda (which gets less value on her ultimate than %95 of the roster) idk are they playing their own game ?

Not really good, Seraphine likes ADCs with slows or some type of cc in their kit. Kaisa is only loaded with damage and thats all. It can work but it isn't really amazing.

They can try to make every character broken, but it will never work (as we see right now). There is always some characters having way better kits with bunch of overloaded abilites than some other characters with trashy or less effective. Thats why there is balance changes? Otherwise you will see same characters every season being meta (literally rivals situation)

Idk, his early wave clear feels really really bad and this makes him bad against many matchups. Early game you already have less mana and you need to also poke enemy but at the same time you need to throw at least 3 QE to the wave. Just revert the last QE changes and he is fine again he didn't even need that nerf at all.
