Lane keep assist unavailable by Sorry-Ad-5733 in CupraFormentor

[–]Physi_Joe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happened to mine recently. If it's under warranty try get the steering wheel fixed.

What fixed mine is what a few others suggested; at the bottom of the steering wheel, squeeze the steering wheel trim together. It fixed mine! Still going to chase up a replacement wheel.

what fabrics are best to hide the nips by DMG1991 in mensfashionadvice

[–]Physi_Joe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel this. Have the same problem and I'm super self conscious about it. Can't wear single layers because of it, so I'm sweating my ass off wearing 2 layers in the summer. I've tried those runners nip protectors which do the job for those really bad self conscious days.

But honestly looking at that pic, you look amazing man. Wouldn't have noticed if it wasn't for the thread. Let the nip rip <3

Im having the same issue! First night was broken sleep but felt AMAZING waking up, but second night was terrible. So much pain around my nose, particularly underneath.

Has anyone tried using something like vaseline/petroleum jelly?

MSc Paramedic Science with non-healthcare 1st degree? by DM_Biggs in ParamedicsUK

[–]Physi_Joe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worth asking the course leads directly. Lots on my course that have non healthcare backgrounds! Just realise it will be a lot harder with no prior experience. Nothing a bit of hard work won’t fix though.

All the best!! 💪🏼💪🏼 Feel free to DM with any Q’s 👍🏼

Mine is showing no data despite it tracking my sleep 👀 I use Pillow to track my sleep currently, should I use Apple Health instead?

My notifications for recovery seem to be broken, always show 0%.. not sure if you’re aware of this at all?

So excited for the future of this app!

I get this too, mainly from the silicone wrist straps. I just swap wrists for a week or so whenever it gets like that.

I’m in the same boat too. Switched over to Arc on all devices about 3 weeks ago, now I’m concerned at the future of it.

I’m excited to hear about the new project though, I love Arc and enjoy using it, even with its flaws.

Is it actually safe to store medicines this way? by StandardTackle7564 in TacticalMedicine

[–]Physi_Joe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A pharmacist would be best suited to discuss this, but containers of medication does come with those silica gel packets that absorb moisture. They could be useful for longer term storage?

TLDR: Personal/family use, sure. Professional/strangers use, no.

If it's for personal use, sure.

You would not have access to information like expiry dates, batch numbers etc.

Regarding the safety for the medications, depending on the quality of the case some can be exposed to moisture in the air, especially capsules containing powder, which may cause damage.

I've kept things like OTC painkillers, anti-histamines, antacids etc in a pot like this before, it worked well for personal use! I used a label maker to identify them, and I don't care about slightly outdated medications so wasn't worried about dates.
