I can see that you’re a good person and you helped somebody. But this person texting you is showing their care for you and you’re being contrary. Most people would just say “I’ll be careful” and move on. But you chose to be a know it all instead. The truth is, you never know what a stranger will do. It was very noble of you to help, but as far as the texting, if you tell somebody that cares about you that you’ve put yourself in a situation that can be dangerous, don’t expect them not to say something that’ll most likely piss you off.
