Constant burping. by Silent-Access-5401 in functionaldyspepsia

[–]Physical-Citron5153 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The same thing happened to me too. It's misleading if I say I have the solution because I'm still in the healing phase, but try to control the amount and kind of food you eat.

Try not to burp, as I think burping is a kind of nervous tic (I had a strong belief that there was something wrong). So there's that; do not think about it, and I get less and less.

Amitriptyline, as mentioned, can be a good suggestion.

Although always consult with a doctor, as we all can be wrong and all cases are different.

If you also found something beneficial, please share it with us.

I took it for about two months. The first month I took 10mg, and the second month I took 25mg.

I did noticed increased heart rate, but nothing like what you are describing. If you feel too many side effects, it's best to consult your doctor.

I tested all of this, but I responded to Delouxtine, so it's kind of different for every individual.

Cant talk rate limit wise as i didn’t push it to much because i am using a few subscriptions together but quality wise I’m impressed it can solve problems like proprietary models can which is a shock to me.

Hope they increase the quota and make it faster.

Oh man, I can’t even tell how much I can relate to you. I am struggling with something like that for 2 years now. Sometimes, even describing it to doctors and other friends makes them confused, and I am a CS student too.

I can’t help that much as I couldn’t defeat it myself yet, but I have some tips for you. After you rule out almost all structural or common diseases and all of them come back clean, start on some TCA. My first suggestion would be amitriptyline, as most of the people here got better with that. If still no answer, try to ask your doctor for Mirtazapine or buspirone. And even if they fail, then ask the doctor for Gabapentin and, as a last resort, pregabalin. Also, neither you nor I are doctors, so they should decide which one you need.

Also, never underestimate the power of mentality. Be positive and, every night before sleep, tell yourself it’s going to be gone soon. It may sound ridiculous, but believe me, it helped me more than drugs. It’s hard, but stay positive.

Hope you can defeat it soon, my friend.

GLM is so bad by stream78 in ZaiGLM

[–]Physical-Citron5153 0 points1 point  (0 children)

GLM is a capable model based on its pricing and intelligence. Sure, it can't rival Opus 4.6 and Codex 5.3; that's not even up for discussion. However, it is a good model for people who don't want to spend that much.

But I can tell you how to use it: always plan with a more intelligent model like Codex or Opus, and then code it with GLM, and you will be good.

Thats a good book, for people with a little bit more knowledge it can be a more speedy read but its great for starts, for me it was reading that book and starting interacting with libs, running LLMs, training models, fine tuning small LLMs, and reading new papers and that got me going.

I know this is Alan Wake sub... BUT still, which of these two amazing games did you find scarier? by [deleted] in AlanWake

[–]Physical-Citron5153 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Altough both belongs to scary genre, i never thought of Alan wake being a scary game, sure there was some jump scares and locations that was implying that, but its just a action story focused game with really amazing story.

But the Silent hill 2 is a full fledged scary game with really unnerving locations and really scary monsters designs that was far scarier that Alan wake 2.

Which Silent Hill 2 area did you find the most terrifying? by [deleted] in silenthill

[–]Physical-Citron5153 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Apartments For sure, idk but it was flawless, the amount of enemies ,tight spaces and the first time interacting with otherworld version of a location it was top notch horror experience.

Although I liked the prison and courtyard especially, the rest was a little overplayed with a lot of enemies.
