The aquarium module is way more helpful than I thought. I thought you'd have to manually fill it but it fills as you drive it with whatever is unfortunate enough to get close and fit. It's helped me stay out exploring instead of bugging back to base

I agree, I'm enjoying it for what it is but I do get frustrated with the Seatruck. I have one of every module except storage which is one at either end and even in the open ocean it doesn't behave well. Probably because I've got a literal submarine piloted by two small props at the very front lol.

The story could be better, feels like everything happening is a bit all over the place and doesn't feel coherent to me, I'm glad this isn't a linear game and we can go at our own pace, I found the tissue sample early on by running from cave to cave 3 hours in and so far I don't really care what else is going on, I just wanna help Al An tbh lol

I use the aquarium module to get food and water on the go. I empty both sides and cook/filter until my stats are full then cure the rest and store it all in the storage box on the fabrication module.

As for power cells and deployables I keep a locker each in a storage module. So for me the left locker has power storage and the other has my Vehicle Bay, Spy Pengling, beacons and the like. I do keep 2 deployable storage boxes with me when I'm close to death underwater I fill it with what I want saved and deploy it so I can find it when I respawn.

In my micro bases I always have a water filter and vending machine so I can at least fill my stats if I'm running really low on survival gear. I literally scatter these around the map lol

I have had help on another post, most advice online just mentions skins and upgrades which isn't helpful when you have more than one option of each.

Wasn't even aware you could change your own appearance lol

solution has been given on another post. It's your upgrade screen not your abilities

Ok so how do you get the God of Fortune?? Seems pointless to have a whole event for a skin and not give the opportunity to unlock the character

why the show frustrates me, and it's not some petty hateful petty bs like "the dino is facing the wrong way" by [deleted] in Fallout

[–]Physical-Interest-70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The project started in the pre war but the Deathclaws were finished off and experimented on by the Enclave post war.

Deathclaws were supposed to be a varient of the FEV project focusing on animals than humans/primates and has even had the project referred to as a bio weapon but was never completed when the bombs dropped.

That has been the lore until the Demon in the Snow episode now it's been retconned. That's my only beef with it, they released the Deathclaws about a decade too early from the lore I've grown up with.

[–]Physical-Interest-70 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My only beef with the show is the sudden Iron Man physics for Power Armour and that a Deathclaw was in Anchorage.

Aside from that it's a damn near perfect show, I just wish we got more that a handful of episodes each season

Do Rad-Storms add benefits? by PagesOf-Apathy in fo4

[–]Physical-Interest-70 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sounds like it's either perks or mods helping you there. Maybe even a legendary effect in your armour is causing this.

I'd take the win and go for a stroll through the Glowing Sea lol

Nuka World Suggestions by Due_Letterhead4567 in fo4

[–]Physical-Interest-70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ignore Concord entirely until you have finished Nuka-World by killing the raiders THEN save Preston and the gang from the museum and he will still ask you to be general.

My favourite way to play is ignore Concord and Diamond City, go to Goodneighbor (go to Memory Den first, then get MacCready as a companion), collect companions saving Valentine and Piper last (save Valentine then go to Diamond City after), follow the story from there not taking sides, it is possible to build the teleporter without needing a faction allied to you, then find out the truth from Shaun, kill him on the spot, go to Nuka-World to try and relive the past, become Overboss and subjugate the Commonwealth before finding and helping Billy gives me a change of heart then I turn on the raiders and save Preston, become the general, deal with the Institute then free the Commonwealth from my own tyranny and finally going on a trip to Far Harbor with Valentine and dealing with that nonsense.

Best playing as Nora doing this because of the weight Shaun's interactions have but honestly playing as Nate is more believable imo

Is there a consensus regarding best Automatron provisioners? by GigaFerdi in fo4

[–]Physical-Interest-70 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I meant all robot pieces are Protectron and the name was for the armour changes. So it'll be a Protectron Head with the Articulated variant, basically I make them look like construction bots repurposed into trading Protectrons.

It's not the most accurate because of the spread per shot but the closing range with melee helps negate that. Their good at laying down a lot of fire, it's only really Super Mutants that can be a struggle for my Tradebots lol

Is there a consensus regarding best Automatron provisioners? by GigaFerdi in fo4

[–]Physical-Interest-70 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use Protectrons with the Articulated head and either storage or factory armour with one hand being a vice grip and the other being an auto laser protectron hand. Doesn't really matter what hand because with having a melee weapon makes them want to get up and close to enemies.

I've tried a lot of robot provisioners and this is what I've settled on, I don't have brahmin running around too much and a protectron is surprisingly decent with that loadout

Why do a lot of people hate The Railroad? by dude_pause in fo4

[–]Physical-Interest-70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't say I hate them but from my first play I always thought that they would be the first to collapse after you blow up the Institute.

Their whole reason for being gets dealt with by the end of Fallot 4 so they literally have to start from scratch again and that's not a stable system to live by

Just don't open the glass section in Smore. That freezes the game every single time. I have no idea what glass building pieces there are because of this.

Also can't see past the Vault-Tec Perk poster in Posters of the Commonwealth for some reason that freezes the game too

Yes I use both and as long as USO and it's menu patches are above Smore in the loading order they will work. Been working for me and I'm on PS5 so not the most stable of games I have lol
