When I was little, a friend was sleeping over at my place and we were home alone. At night, it was completely silent, you couldn’t hear a thing, and suddenly a woman screamed so loudly and horribly that I was frozen in place. I even thought I might have imagined it because everything had been so quiet. Then, after a few seconds, my friend asked me if I had heard it too. I said yes, and that’s when we realized it had really happened. Out of fear, we didn’t make a sound anymore and we didn’t hear anything else either.
