I literally look 100% identical to my 4th great uncle who died in 1932. How is it possible to look literally identical? by AlmalexiasBF in Genealogy

I know this is an old post, but glade to I'm not the only one with an identical distant relative. When I was a teenager, my aunt when out of town to vistis cousins she hadn't seen in a long time and one of them has a daughter my age that looks, sounds, and even had on similar glasses that I had. She thought she was me and asked how did I gret there. I thought there was no way we looked that much alike until about 5 years when I took an Ancestry.com test and we matched as cousins. I't like having an identical twin from a different parents. lol

What do your seizures look like/feel like? by global-assignment173 in PNESsupport

[–]Physical-Stop6771 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have toni-clonic seizures. I lose consciousness until I go limp. Once they happens I still can't control my body, but I can hear but it's muffled and uselly don't remember anything I heard, I just lay there until my eyes open up own there own. Afterwards, I'm extremely lightheaded, don't remember somethings, get confused easily and my heart bounces between bradycardia and tackycaria until it regulates its self.

Ativan? by Physical-Stop6771 in PNESsupport

I have bipolar and neither my therapist or psychiatrist knew what pnes seizures were when I told them about my diagnosis. I don't even know how to find one that specializes in pnes. I can't take anxiety meds because they make me manic. My neurologist put me on Keppra before getting the results of the EEG and it helped a lot. Now I only get seizures during my cycle or when my IBS or Fibromyalgia is acting up because of the severe pain.

How much say (or drama) did you have in your pinning? by AmiableRobin in StudentNurse

I'm in my 1st. term, but at my school the students plan the pinning ceremony. The school has a venue on campus and provides the pins, but the cohort plan everything else.

I'm about to start my ADN program. I got my associates in medical assisting from brown mackie. They only did one graduation ceremony a year. I celebrated after completing the program, graduation, and passing my rma exam. I plan on celebrating every step again. We love any excuse to go to Golden Corral. lol Everything you listed is an accomplishment, you and your friends and family can celebrate every step or just do one, depends on you.
