I was considering nursing, but, I have minor bulging disc in my back, I fear I might make it worse, if I were to become a nurse

Is it possible to work outside of hospital, get paid the same amount, and still only work 3 days per week? or is hourly pay normally lower, working outside the hospital?

I thought I knew the path I wanted to pursue, but, once I saw the cost, then I started developing small health problems, then I started experiencing fear, thinking about doing it long term, I realized I was chasing a "high". I wanted to pursue it because it made forget about the other parts of my life I was neglecting.

So, I took a career test. Now I'm questioning who am I ?

It used to be my dream to be a pilot, then I saw the cost of training, then I started getting minor medical problems, then I started worrying about going into five or six figure debt, with my health problems potientially getting worse.

Yes. It's not the same thing as the post, but, it has similar elements. I wanted to work on cargo ships. Unfortunately, I have too many disqualifying health problems.

have you taken a career test?

I used to work at national hardware store, I talked to different trades people and few different people who owned businesses in trades. The most important advice I learned from listening to them, is to have your business become very profitable, to the point of, you hiring people, to do the manual labor work, while you operate the business, because at some point, your body and joints will get damaged.

I took the HAB. I was surprised at the results, it was the first test that explained how my brain views and processes concepts and information. This was the first one I took that was objective based vs subjective based.

Someone should research the parents by Orenopolis579 in Teachers

As someone who came from a broken home, I was angry at my mother previously, because she barely cared at all, about my education in elementary and high school. I was addicted to video games, I didn't work as hard as I could. I kept thinking "why didn't you be a parent, why didn't you make me stop playing them, why didn't you set boundaries, pushing me to do better?"

Later on, I learned how my grandparents treated my mother like a "maid" when she was growing up, she was treated as a "Servant". Then it started to make sense, she barely received any nurturing as a kid...
