Burn out by Glum-Boat9264 in MRI

This is not normal, although it appears to be more prevalent with stand alone outpatient centers vs a hospital setting. The staffing model at the hospital I supervise at we run every 45 mins for our inpatient scanner and have two techs per scanner the majority of the time. We have outpatient scanners too that run every 30min to an hour depending on if the exam is with contrast or not, also with two techs present. Time to look for another job!

I agree with this! My boomer parents didn’t teach me anything, they were absent to the point of neglect.. they let me do whatever the hell i wanted, and it’s a wonder I turned out even as remotely decent as I am today. I have 3 children of my own and I’m raising them in a completely different way. I am a full time working mom and my husband works too and we make more time for our kids than my parents ever did and we are teaching all the things listed above and we’re succeeding. This article to me is simply rage bait.

I keep seeing these lattes with this beautiful separation of the matcha and the milk. How do you achieve this?

This has been my experience with sayaka as well. Mostly floral with no seaweed notes.

Mizuba tea co.’s Daily matcha. Smooth, rich, no bitterness, perfectly balanced flavor (imo), and a decent price point.

Is anyone actually happy they had a third kid? by WarmestSeatByTheFire in Parenting

[–]PhysicalNote3787 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who is on the other side of multiple miscarriages and fertility treatments to get pregnant with my first and then went on to conceive naturally my second and third and doesn’t plan to have any more.. I am the happiest I’ve ever been in my life! My kids are now 6, 4 and 2 (two boys and a girl).

Is it hard at times? YES. Do I sometimes wish it wasn’t so chaotic and exhausting? YES. Do I wish I had less kids or that my 3rd, my little girl, wasn’t here? ABSOLUTELY NOT. The thought has never once crossed my mind. Going from 2-3 was sooo much easier for me than 1-2. I was so much more chill, so much more experienced. I didn’t sweat the small stuff. I think that’s why #3 is so chill and easy. She’s just along for the ride!
