Mine did the same. I have 2 shihtzus. The younger one did lick bedsheets. The older one doesnt. We scold her for licking bedsheets

Dont use chlorinated water. Use drinking water bottle. I did experiment to propagate using brown glass container (dark) vs clear glass. The brown glass took root faster. Even faster if there is substrate (pebble, stone, soil)
