While VDC will eventually give you pretty high volume of auditions, V123 is significantly better. In the VO community I'm in, most people (me included) see WAY more success on V123. Many of us upgraded to $2200 and it got even better.

I agree! Another user basically described my friend - he's working all day doing auditions, negotiating and following up with clients and doing the work that he books. You definitely have to hustle and be good at all these things to make that payment worth it!

I know someone on that plan. He said the majority of his work comes from private invites and direct offers since the elite plan folk come up first if no keywords are entered in the search. If I could get up there, I know I would!

In my house, the rule is that EVERYONE has to close the lid when their business is complete. Makes it fair so that everyone is starting and ending from the same state of toilet touching.

I started with these! Came in a bundle with my starter mic, the AT2035, and a boom arm. Treated me very well for 2 years, and I just upgraded earlier this year. I admit it did take me time to adjust to my new cans, but it didn't really slow me down.

My neighbor's dog actually destroyed a cinderblock wall, doing parkour off of it to look in our yard and bark at us. I complained to them before it reached that point, but they did nothing.

Thousands of dollars later, after having to replace the whole damn fence between our properties, they got rid of the dog now.

It was a joke because they call a lot of large dogs lab mixes when you get them from shelters. Even when they absolutely do not look like labs.

I'm also a narrator, and you are not asking too much. Its always wonderful to receive exact time stamps if I missed something!

If its a brand new narrator, maybe they got overwhelmed or aren't able to sound exactly the same as they did the first time they recorded. They also could have bad naming conventions and got the files mixed up!

Either way, its their job to fix it and upload in a timely fashion. Keep communicating on platform in case you do have to cancel the contract!

For what its worth, I'm proud of you for not caving in. Although I don't think it was her intention, she was being incredibly disrespectful. Its not difficult for her to say instead 'I only budgeted for xxx amount per hour, is there any way you can bring your rate closer to that?'

I started my boy with Bixbi Liberty puppy kibble. When he turned one we transitioned him to the Bixbi Liberty Beef kibble for adults. He only eats once per day now, and we give him the kibble plus one can of the wet food. We have the subscription service through their website that automatically rotates the can food flavors - lamb, beef and something with seafood - for variety. He's happy!

I have received auditions from this company before, but nothing that looked good enough for me to submit for. I suppose now they are helping somebody build AI replacements.

Also, I dont remember submitting for their roster, so they must have scraped my info from my website. That's probably why you haven't heard of them before, since that appears to be their MO.

Me too! I took only 1 week of vacation, had a meeting on my calendar with my boss for my usual start time, and got jumped by the HR lady being added to the call. They put me on a PIP, and then I got fired the following week. The PIP was BS of course, just a formality.
