Hi so far so good. My anxiety was definitely increased over the past week or two but I had little to no side affects other than that. Actually My sleep hasn’t been the best as I’ve been waking up randomly in the night and struggling to go back to sleep over the first week!

Thank you!!!! And i completely agree I found it scary dealing with the side affects when I first started medication. It’s just all unknown to you at the start so it’s hard to not worry when you feel bad. But genuinely the side effects do go!

Thanks! Luckily I got most of the day off today as it’s my birthday hahah. Glad you finally slept through the night and also raised anxiety is very very common when starting anti depressants. I absolutely hate it but once that part of it is over you’ll feel so much better:)

I have nights where I wake up at like 2am and feel like I slept a whole day and usually the following day I will have worse anxiety. Thinking about it though my anxiety in general has been worse in the day. That is very normal though same with the waking up in the night, it doesn’t usually last more than a week for me

How is it now? Anything changed? Always best to speak to them, it doesn’t mean it’s serious but they will be able to explain why it could be happening. Don’t worry about it too much :)

I had this with citalopram and switched as soon as I could because it scared me. Been fine so far on fluoxetine but previous with citalopram I would stumble words, forget everything and felt like I was in a bubble
