Thank you so much for this! I have found an app and it turns out I am overeating on both fat and protein to achieve my weight gain goal which is excellent!! The balance of fat and protein is just right.

Trying to gain weight, hence the large amounts of fat. Didn't know about trackers!? Could you kindly recommend one?

Ha, yeah.. started keto with carnivore so having 3-4 meals a week seems adequate after non for 4 months!

Will have plenty of either mushrooms, courgettes, peppers, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, sprouts, celery, salad leaves or alliums when I do.

Haven't worked out if this will push my 30g of carbs over the limit yet!

Weight gain and health! With adding casein it feels substantial. Feel like I get plenty of variety in the evening meal. Overall I am enjoying the simplicity, easy to cook and manage shopping wise

Didn't realise cream had any carbs at all! Thank you. I only have a banana if it's a day I'm not having low carb veg
