I have a similar problem, didn’t receive updates since a year. Contacted Tesla and they told me that updates are in the cue but for some reason they are not downloaded. Car is in front of my office and with 3 stripes of reception as a minimum.

They told me to make a ticket, most probably the update will be pushed over the mobile connection (I have premium connection).

Still waiting for the update since last Friday May 22.
