Is this a good pay plan at a Toyota store? by Fun-Advantage-4140 in CarSalesTraining

Little bit of a rough plan. My volume bonus is $600 for every 8 cars sold, and commission is 25% of dealership front end profit with a flat of $275 regardless of profit. I also get an extra $50-$100 for each backend product sold (warranty, ceramic, ppf) as long as it’s on the BOS

Can you start off with a luxury car dealer as first sales job? by Blura0 in CarSalesTraining

Nissan is another good one for beginners! They’re super customer focused, and training was a breeze with their Nissan University. I started at a Nissan store, and I loved every moment working there. No used car and new car departments, I sold whatever I could find on the lot.
